About Us

Who We Are
We're APEX — a club created by and for the students of the Center of Excellence in Applied Economics and Finance at Ibn Tofail University.
Founded on October 31, 2024, by the first generation of the center and led by Mr. Abdellatif Nouayti, APEX started with a simple idea: to bring us together not just as classmates, but as a group of close friends — a real clika. A safe space where we support each other, grow together, and share laughs, ideas, and ambitions.
Yes, we care about economics, finance, and academic excellence — but we also care about community, about creating memories, and about making the most of our time at the university.
At APEX, we organize events, workshops, and projects that help us learn, challenge ourselves, and have fun — always together, as one team.
Our Objectives
The APEX Club is an independent student organization, free from any political, union, religious, or ethnic affiliations. It brings together students of the Center of Excellence in Applied Economics and Finance at Ibn Tofail University, with the following objectives:
- Promote interest in applied economics and finance among students.
- Create opportunities for networking and professional development.
- Organize conferences, seminars, and workshops to enhance academic knowledge.
- Coordinate visits to professional environments to connect theory with practice.
- Encourage volunteer work and humanitarian initiatives to foster civic engagement.
- Collaborate with other university clubs, professional associations, and external organizations to co-host joint events.
- Organize extracurricular (para-university) activities such as horseback riding, quad biking, paintball, and team outings to strengthen group cohesion and create shared experiences.
